Frequently asked questions

You have 14 days to return your online order and this can be done by returning the items to us. All items must have original swing tags and packaging. The return address is on all paperwork. We will supply the postage labels, you simply pop into your post office, who will then give you a receipt.

Please ensure you have your order details to hand such as order number, email address and postcode.

When we're closed, you can send us a message and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

When you place an order you will be provided on confirmation email, tracking number.

We accept the most common credit card providers: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, American Express and many others. If you experience any issues when paying, we recommend trying a different browser or device.

If a item needs to be returned, we charge £3.50 for each item return. If the item is faulty there is no charge to be returned.
